1. Service Scope

CCTV Camera Service Lucknow provides CCTV system consultation, installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and hardware upgrade services across Lucknow and surrounding districts.

2. Hardware Warranties

All brand new cameras, recorders (DVRs/NVRs), hard disk drives, and power supply units supplied by us are subject to the manufacturer's warranty policies (Hikvision, CP PLUS, Dahua, Seagate, Western Digital). Workmanship and labor provided by our technicians carry a 90-day service guarantee.

3. Internet & Remote Viewing Connectivity

Mobile remote viewing requires an active third-party broadband internet connection (such as Airtel, Jio, or Excitel) at the client premises. Network downtime, router resets, or ISP port blocking beyond our control are not covered under workmanship warranty.
